Scheduled baselines

Let Baselines capture snapshots for you. Scheduled baselines run automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence, so you always have a recent record without anyone remembering to take one.

The schedules list

Click Schedules in the dashboard header to open Scheduled Baselines. Each schedule shows its Space, who created it, its Frequency, the Last Run time, the run Status, and an Enabled toggle. Inline actions let you run now or delete a schedule.

Create a schedule

Click + New Schedule and configure:

Field	What it controls
Space	The space to snapshot on each run.
Frequency	How often it runs — Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Time	The time of day the snapshot is taken.
Name Prefix Optional	A prefix for each generated baseline's name, e.g. `Weekly-Backup-`.
Date Format	How the date is appended to the generated name.

A live Preview shows the cadence and the exact baseline name that will be produced before you save.

Managing schedules

Toggle Enabled off to pause a schedule without deleting it, use the run action to capture a snapshot immediately, and check the Status column to confirm the last run succeeded.
