Baselines Export a baseline to PDF
Turn an entire baseline into a single PDF document — cover page, every captured page in order, with images and rendered content preserved. The file downloads to your browser when it's ready.
Start an export
Click the Export PDF action on a baseline's dashboard row, or the Export PDF button in the baseline detail header. Baselines assembles the document server-side and streams it back to your browser.
Watch the progress
A progress dialog shows each stage — Starting Export, Collecting Pages and Processing Pages — with an elapsed timer. When it reads Export complete, the download starts automatically.
What's in the PDF
- A cover page for the baseline.
- Every captured page, in baseline order, with page breaks between them.
- Images and embedded attachments rendered inline.
- Jira issue macros rendered with live issue data — see Jira issue macros.
Image-heavy or very large baselines (hundreds of pages) take longer to process and produce a bigger file. The progress dialog keeps you posted; leave it open until the download begins.
